Jessica is going to a friend's sixteenth birthday party tonight. The invitation read "no jeans or t-shirts"...so, what's a girl to do? Shop! Of course I am biased, but isn't she gorgeous??
Andrew is camping this weekend with his Boy Scout troop. He will be back tomorrow afternoon. Joe worked on the back porch today getting it readied to be painted. We should have the backyard all put back together within a month. This is the end of an odyssey that began last summer while I was in Alaska. No need to bore you with the details, but we weren't able to use the yard at all, not even the pool, from August on.
I'm ending my Spring Break from one class, and beginning it for another. Of course my time off involves: dentist appts, orthodontist appts, wrestling club, soccer practice, one Girl Scout outing, meeting with my college counselor, lunch with friends, shoe shopping with Andrew, camping equipment shopping with Andrew...and the list goes on and on and on and on.....And, it's supposed to rain this week. We've had really sunny weather, a bit windy, but the flowers are blooming and the leaves are sprouting. It's a shame to go back to winter conditions, even for a day or two.
